HOW TO USE IT

1. Loosen the valve cap (if not already).
2. Inflate the buoy by blowing into the valve.
3. Twist the valve cap to close and secure.
4. Attach the waist belt. 
5. After that, just swim and swim and swim. 
6. Most importantly, have fun, stay safe and keep the water clean!

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR SWIM BUOY:

• Rinse with water and let dry after use.
• Store the float in a cool and dry place. DO NOT leave exposed under direct sunlight and heat.

WARNINGS:

• This is not a lifesaving device and should only be used by competent swimmers.
• Before starting your swim, please press the inflated swim buoy under water to ensure one more time there is no leakage.
• If during your swim, you feel faint, dizzy or experience physical weakness, cramps, have trouble breathing, please stop and rest with the help of the buoyancy of the swim buoy. If needed, please call or signal for help or just rest until you feel better.
• Under no circumstances should you attempt to rescue another swimmer in distress without having been trained in lifesaving techniques or methods by a certified agency.
